Gluten Free Blondie Bites


Ingredients:

1/2 Cup of Butter

1/4 Cup Cane Sugar

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour 1 Tsp Baking Powder

1/4 Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

1/2 Cup Butterscotch Chips

2 Tsp Vanilla

2 Eggs


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.


In a large bowl, add your brown sugar, cane sugar, and butter and mix with electric mixer until crumbly.


Add your eggs and vanilla and continue blending for about 3-4 minutes until well combined and has volume.


Fold in with spatula almond flour, baking powder, salt and mix well. Lightly fold in chocolate and butterscotch chips until well combined.


Add to 8x8 greased baking dish and smooth out mixture. Bake for 20-30 min until golden brown.


Let cool for 30 min and cut into small brownie style bites!
