S'mores Christmas Bars.

So here's the thing friends, you know I love a good healthy recipe and I love to swap out ingredients to make healthier versions of comfort food for you guys. But when it comes to Christmas baking, I think we can all agree that nothing is off limits right? Just me? Okay!


I posted these on my Instagram stories yesterday and lets just say the Recipe was highly recommended. These took 20 minutes to make, and are a huge hit if you have a Christmas potluck or need something for a quick dessert and not sure what to make.

Now lets get to the point here and give you guys what you're really here for....See below for Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Box Golden Grahams Cereal

2 Cups of Milk Chocolate Chips (I used Chipits)

6 Cups or 1 large bag of Mini Marshmallows (Set aside 1 cup separately)

5 Tablespoons of Butter

1/4 Cup of Sugar

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla


Directions:


1. In a large pot, add Butter, Marshmallows, 5 Cups of Marshmallows, Chocolate chips, Sugar and stir on low heat until completely melted.


2. In a large bowl, add box of Golden Grahams Cereal, Remaining 1 Cup of Marshmallows, Vanilla, and add melted mixture on top, stirring gently until ingredients are well combined.


3. Grease a large pan and add mixture, flatten firmly and evenly and cool in the fridge for 1-2 hours until completely firm. Cut into squares and serve when ready!
